Mid-Hudson Veterinary Practice is a six veterinarian equine ambulatory practice. We provide 24-hour service to horse owners in the lower to mid-Hudson valley region of New York State. Our practice area includes Putnam, Dutchess and Westchester counties, some eastern areas of Orange County and southwestern Connecticut.

April 2012 Dr. Jennifer Enger will be going off "active" duty starting 4/13/2012.  She will spend the next month or so on "desk duty" until she leaves us to have Baby Enger the 2nd. Until she takes her maternity leave she will be available for telephone consultations only.  Dr. Enger and baby will return to us in time for fall vaccinations.

5/22/12 UPDATE:  Dr. Enger and her husband welcomed their new baby in the world on May 19th.

Our practice offers complete equine care including reproductive services and advanced dental care.   MHVP doctors are "on call" 24 hours a day. Office staff is available Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.  After-hours all call are answered by our answering service, emergency calls are given directly to the MHVP veterinarian "on call".
