COMPLETE EQUINE CARE

We offer comprehensive care for all horses, from newborn foals to competing athletes to retired seniors.

 

 

 

SPORTS MEDICINE

Comprehensive lameness evaluations are conducted using diagnostic tools including digital radiography, ultrasound, nerve blocks and the veterinarian's skilled experience with equine anatomy and gait.

Pre-purchase examinations are a valuable tool for clients considering the purchase of a new horse.  The pre-purchase examination consists of a complete physical examination, evaluation of gait and soundness, and evaluation of potential suitability.  Radiographs, blood testing, drug screening and other types of testing may be requested to aid in the evaluation of the potential purchase.

 

 

                     

 DIGITAL RADIOGRAPHY

 Digital radiography allows us to obtain high quality images that can be viewed and manipulated on a computer screen.  We can create a CD record of images for referral or consult and we can email the results anywhere.

 

 


EQUINE DENTAL CARE  

Dr. Michelle Singer is an equine dental specialist.   Dr. Singer is a licensed veterinarian who practices advanced equine dental care.

 REPRODUCTIVE CARE and FOALING

Our doctors are experienced with preparing mares for breeding, artificial insemination with fresh or frozen semen, embryo transfers, maintaining and monitoring healthy pregnancies, foaling and post foaling care of the mare and her new foal.
